WHO IS BEHIND WAVELAND & CLARK?

> Waveland & Clark was founded in 2013 by Ryan Scarpelli. With a background in serving the largest furniture importers and retailers, he saw a better way to merchandise stylish, high quality furniture at an affordable price.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER?

> Unlike traditional brick & mortar or online retailers, we eliminate the middleman and deliver the goods directly from the factory to your door. We do not use any brokers, agents or trading companies.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

> You can create an account on the website or simply complete the checkout process as a guest. All payment transactions are on a secure server.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE OR SHOWROOM?

> We have both! Our website is fully-equipped to handle all purchases, but we're also happy to walk you through the process and complete your order in our showroom. We're always happy to talk via e-mail or telephone and make sure you get exactly what you want.

Whether you prefer brick and mortar or e-commerce shopping, we have the tools and knowledge to make your shopping experience simple and straightforward.

CAN I TRUST THE QUALITY?

> Absolutely. Every item on the website has been reviewed and tested by our team, personally. Think of it as 'test driving' the merchandise. We also have quality checks prior to the goods being shipped. 

WHERE ARE THE GOODS MANUFACTURED?

> We source and produce the goods globally.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

> Yes. We offer FREE standard ground delivery. White Glove Delivery is also available at checkout. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

> We currently deliver to the lower 48 states. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Getting my order

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

> Most goods are made to order. On average, from order to delivery, it will take 8-10 weeks. 

HOW WILL THE GOODS BE DELIVERED?

> Our home delivery partners will schedule an appointment and deliver within a 4-hour window. We also offer White Glove Delivery at checkout. 

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

> We will always communicate to you by email once your goods are shipped from the factory as well as provide you with a tracking number when the goods are with our home delivery partner. You can also log-in to your account and find the status of your order.

Customer Service

DO YOU HAVE FREE RETURNS?

> Yes. We offer free returns within 10 days of the date of delivery. See return policy.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

> Yes. You have a 72 hour window once you place your order if you change your mind.
