Free Returns.

We "test-drive" the merchandise before it ships, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, return it free. 

> Simply send an email to service@wavelandandclark.com within 10 days of delivery

> Include your order # along with a brief description and any images if it is a defective or damage claim 

> We will contact you within 1-business day to arrange pickup of the merchandise

Getting your Refund.

You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the good(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Your refunds can take up to 14 business days once the goods are picked up. 

> 1-6 business days to ship the goods to our returns center in Chicago, IL

> 1-3 business days to receive, inspect and process the goods

> 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your credit card statement

Canceling or Changing an Order.

There is a 72 hour window if you need to change or cancel an order. Submissions outside the 72 hour window may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to purchase price of good(s) cancelled.

> In the subject line please add 'Change Order'

> Include your order # and description of changes if needed

> An email confirmation will be sent to you with the document changes
